Has anyone that has or had one of these frames had an issue with putting the bottom dust seal on steering stem?

I got the top one on but the smaller on the bottom is too small to fit.So you don't use them?Do you have a lrd frame?

ive had 2. I ride only the sand and just keep an eye on it. frankly you can immediately tell if there is grit in there.

I will be only riding sand as well.Ive been putting this thing together for a year now.Getting a little anxious to get it together.Arlan told me it should be fine in the sand.I think I maybe a bit selective about my jumps out there. How do you like your frame?Do you jump it much?

i no longer have either my LRD framed bikes. converted one back to OEM and sold bike separate of the frame. the other never got built. bought the frame used, sat on it for a year and sold it.

This one is brand new and im not sure what year it is.I heard they had a few updates the few years they were made.they sure look badass I just hope it holds up for me.

if your gonna dune ride it youll be fine. only those that were heavily MX'd cracked.

JOHNNY FIVE

That's what I keep hearing. So why did you switch from the lrd frame back to oem?

the bike was worth about the same with or without the LRD frame and the frame alone was worth about as much as the bike complete.

what kinda motor are you going to run in it ?

JOHNNY FIVE

It has a 350 now it originally was a 330.I took it to Alrlan when I first got it and he said my sleeve was bent at the bottom and the port work wasn't the greatest so I let him have his way it and he resleeved it and modified the cylinder where it's prone for cracking. Its the old school pro x cylinder. What do run?

That thing looks super clean, so does the 416.We mainly go to horse fall beach and ride in between there and spinreel.Jonzine to get back out there.

Cascade had them made, but rejected them for some reason. The machine shop that did the work sold em to JJ&A

I was born in Eugene, approx 90 miles away from Windy Bay. I first rode the dunes there in 1968.

In 1999 I purchased the home. It has been a vacation rental since.
