anybody else have this problem I had w/ mine? Everything fit, cover took for fancy work to get on my custom framed atc250r, but that is to be expected on a one-off(its sporting ktm85sx inverts now. The problem is the kicker one is slightly too small, it fit in there, but wouldn't ratchet back. I ended up using a brake cylinder hone and enlarging to hole some, then using a polishing tool, getting the inside very smooth. I am gonna order another soon, when the 8 plate clutch is available and I will tell them about it.

I had to do the same to mine but I chromed it so I figure that was my problem. There was chrome in it for sure but I never test fit before hand so I can't say One way or the other if it would have fit.

First esr cover everything fit. The 2nd cover the holes not ligned up with case, kicker did not fit. Took drill & sanding holes to fit. Now first cover leaks at big change oring, 2nd cover does not leak. idk what to think.
