A so called friend (lol) droped their 2005 predator 90 off for me to work on. As usual it has no spark - first put a new plug in second changed the coil third switched cdi box out with one I new worked fourth put on a new stator. Yes you guessed it STILL NO SPARK! With the key on when you kick it the green neutral light will light up briefly. I am lost! Do I have a ground not grounded? ANY HELP IS NEEDED THANKS

g-force has wiring diagrams on their site to eliminate the factory wiring and use a aftermarket kill switch.it might be worth it to check it out.

Try this
Out of stator
Black/Red wire to cdi
White/red to cdi
Black ground

Out of cdi
Orange to coil
Black/white to ground
Black to kill switch
Other wire from kill switch to coil.

Plug gap is 0.35
outer rotor gap 0.28
Sqush test is 0.30

And make a motor to frame ground and if all parts are new you should have nice blue spark.. Hope it work's, I can send diagrames if needed.

I figured it out switch on handle bars was bad. Thanks for all the info. This forum is awesome!
