Hey guys, I have a 400ex fully set up for mx but I'm tired of this crap motor. I was thinking of doing a crf450 motor. Im a skilled fabricator so that isn't going to cost me anything, lets say I already have a complete bike for the motor and any other parts, how much is it going to cost to build? Rough estimate is all I'm looking for.

oversized radiator - $200-$400
crf motor carb and wireing - $1000-$2000 depending on modds ext.
raw materials for motor mounts ext- $50 to $100 giving room for change in ideas and mistakes and gussets
custom exhaust - $50 to $500 depending on wether it built or bought
radiator over flow bottle $20
custom intake depending on what route you go roughly 100
kick start extender built 50 bought 100 to 200
i beleive there is machine work to be done with the swingarm wich can be costly.
motor mount bushings i bought the walsh ones for 50 and had a local bore the id for the houser pivot bolt and they have one extended so you can cut to the size you need.
first thigns first chain alignment.
