looked in to this and i found this in the terms and conditions.
We offer a $5 priority review option that allows you to get your application reviewed within hours and not days. A BikeSponsors.com Agent will be alerted that your application is Priority Review and will manually review your application within hours and not days. During this period, the agent will determine the sponsorship dollar amount that is available for your bike. Only if you are accepted for a $500-$5,000 sponsorship where you can choose products of your choice, will you be charged for our one time agency fee of $140, otherwise you will not be charged. If your application is declined for sponsorship, no charges will be incurred and your $5.00 Priority Review fee will be refunded.
so op payed 145 and got a brake lever and a shifter.

Ive made videos.

I was nervous it was a scam at first. Its NOT a scam.
