how to change shifter seal?

I'm about fed up with this leak and was wondering how to change it and is it pretty simple?

Just pulls out if I recall. Need a small screwdriver or a pick but thats about it.

Yes just pick it out. Remember to clean off all the oil before putting the new seal in.

oh ok, sounds good. I'll try to find a shifter seal tomorrow and tackle this before i go riding on Sunday!
