re-packing your silencer?

Anybody have any tricks or words of wisdom for afirst timer or is it pretty straight forward?
Also what packing material do you suggest? It's for a sparks silencer that's Well over do..

Watch that, its pretty darn simple and walks you through whatever you'll pretty much need. I followed this my first time around and it turned out great.
