Difference between a stock 86 and 87 swingarm?

Is there any? I was looking into buying a PRM swingarm skidplate, and they list a different part # for 86 and for 87 swingarms.... Im not positive if mine are 86's or 87's.... Is there a difference and does anyone know how I can tell?

Thank you Dustin... thats what I had thought until I saw PRM had different part numbers for 86 and 87...

the reason for the different parts is the different linkage. 85 and 86 had the long dogbone, 87-89 used the shorter one.
