Front wheel wont turn

On my 2000 blaster my right front wheel wont turn at all. i took the rim and that off and the roter thing wont turn. does any one know how to fix this problem? has it happen to any one else? if u do know how to fix that problem plz e-mail me and tell me snowboarder6789@excite.com is my e-mail address thanks

I'll post a reply here to benifit anyone else with this problem. I' m not real framiliar with blasters, but it sounds as though the brake mechanism has seized most likely from dirt and grime. Check to see if the brake is in the position that it would be in while applying the brakes. It could be as simple as a stuck cable. Check the easy stuff first.:)
