Okay,
I guess my bushings? are shot on my front shocks.... So, i've been looking for an upgrade of suspension... 450r shocks seem to be out, i don't like the idea of grinding on $200 shocks, or especially on my frame. So, i talked to a guy i was wanting to trade bikes with (416, Hipers, rzr 2's, sparks, elkas...) a while back, and today he said he'd take $400 for the triple rate elkas. (fronts only) if i gave him my stockers.
So, what my questions are: Is it worth $400 for the elkas? I saw them on eBay for $450 and $495 here recently....
My other stupid question is..... Is there a place i could send my stock shocks off to get freshened up, my springs are rusted.. I saw a set of 450r OEM shocks that were redone with new springs, they had made it into a triple rate shock..... I'm wondering if theres a place i could get them to set up my shocks for my weight and +2 a-arms.. (if that makes a differance...) Maybe a price range if there is such a thing....
