Fox rear shock?

I noticed this shock for sale on ebay, the guy claims its a fox. Did fox ever make rear shocks for a 250r? Can anyone confirm or identify it?

I highly doubt Fox has ever made a shock directly for the 250R, front or rear. That being said, it could a Fox shock, the lower clevis looks like something someone custom made. Maybe someone just took a Fox offroad shock and made it work? Even then, I have seen Fox Shox on desert cars for a couple for decades now, can't ever say I have seen one with a blue top cap/resi on it. Who knows though what people have thrown together to make work. Then again, maybe Fox made something custom for someone. I know they won't do that now, but maybe they did a decade or two ago.

The other thing I notice is there doesn't appear to be much shaft travel on that shock. Might want to have him measure shaft travel and eye to eye extended length and compare to a stock 250R shock.

I noticed the lower clevis part looks strange compared to any other 250r shock. I will see if i can find any numbers on it when it shows up:devil:. I bought it, I like collecting strange brand parts. Ill get more info up when it shows up. The shock 250r shock only provides 4 inches of shaft travel I believe. I think it looks like it has less shaft travel because the actual shock body is shorter than a stocker.
