Ive decided to sell my R' after 3 yrs of building it from nothing. I just don't have the time to ride or race like I thought I would. Every part on the bike has been dissassembled, blasted and powdercoated.

Frame/suspension- 99 Lonestar Baja chassis, #0271. Laegers +2 +1 front arms, New Lonestar +2 stem, New Renthal 1 1/8 Twinwall bars, 89 swingarm/linkeage, shock( New pivot works bearings). Lonestar Billet bearing carrier, New Lonestar +1 +4 axle. New stem bearing and upper Delrin bushing, New tie rod ends. Lonestar 450r rear bearing carrier. 05 450r frontend w Galfer rotors and new brake pads, 05 450r rear brake setupw new pads/ LSR block off plate. 2 new front wheel bearings as well. 08 450r front shocks Ive had for about 3 years in excellent shape.

New stainless brake lines and clutch cable, New Motion Pro throttle cable, New UNI filter. New ASV clutch pertch. New Maier rear plastics, new tank cover, new Quadworks gripper seat cover(86 style seat pan) New Biller rear seat latch. Front fenders are slightly used Maier race cut(bought fromn Dan Hung)

Motor- 86 bottom end w Hot rods rod, and maybe entire crank assembly. 89 Clutch update kit, New Inner clutch hub, New Hinson basket, New Driveline performance Clutch plates/fibers/spriings. 01 CR 250 ignition w ESR adaptor plate. Pro- Desing tether Kill switch. Top end is a CT310 on its 2nd bore at 72.25. Cylinder was purchased from a board member here, and it was ported by C-Leigh I believe and it has the port numbers engraved in the intake. It seems to be good mid/low porting. New Wiseco piston from ESR. New ESR billet head with 28cc Race dome, ESR billet temp gage. 38mm PWK Airstryker carb w extra jets, DGH Needle. Boyesen rad valve w good reeds. 86 style intake boot. The exhaust is the good FMF Fatty H49-B pipe w FMF silencer that I cleaned up pretty well. The silencer is dented and bent though, I had the bike standing up on its rear, and it rolled back on the silencer, crunched in the end piece and tore the rubber mounting bracket, but no frame damage or anything. I can replace it if you'd like.

New JT steel sprocket/chain set, new chain slider set. Rear wheels/tires are new 450r take offs with maybe 2 hrs ride time. Fronts are also Dunlop w DID rims, used, but plenty of tread left. I havent got the nerf bars or bumpers yet, so the pegs you see on the bike are just something I fabbed up so I could go ride around.

I have only taken it out once to a local riding area to break it in, and haven't even ran a full tank of gas through it, but it runs really well, and never went over 175 degrees. Also, every nut and bolt is brand new zinc 8.8. I built it from parts, nobody has touched this bike but me, and I hate to let it go, but I just am not riding it and won't have time to ride. I do have it titled, title in hand.

I'm asking 3000, this is a very nice, darn near brand new quad. Any questions, feel free to call 319-491-3489, Nate. Thanks guys

Helluva buy there. Not interested in a 2003 KTM 450 EXC? I'd even throw in a little boot.
