Just picked up Leager #4

I am so pumped about this one. It is Jimmy (Superfly) Elzas last Nac`s bike and its still the way it was when he had it. It will need a complete rebuild but thats fine with me as my plan is to restore it. It has a LRD powervalve 265 and everything you could ever put on one at the time. It has every Nacs part under the sun on it as well.

I did get this one from Robbie and let me say that he was great to work with! It is funny how I got it. Back when I was posting all my old Nacs pics I got a text saying that this guy had something that I needed given the history. After talking we were pretty close to having a deal and Robbie got cold feet and wasnt ready to let it go yet. (I DONT BLAME HIM) The other day he called me and said that he was ready and he had prommised me first shot. We immediatly had a deal. I think he is a great guy for remembering me!!! Its going to be awhile before I get started on this one because Ive got another one being built right now but Im going to restore it. I just keep finding goodies on it and Ill post more pics also someone asked me to post pics of all 4 of the leagers together so Ill try to do that tomorrow.

The member on here under the name superman built that bike for Jimmy, he should be able to tell you any history you would want to know about it.

Yea Ryan (Superman) Barnes is a friend of mine. He and I talked about it for about 30 minutes today.This is the bike that Jimmy actually won the 250A championship on in 99. It is a 98 frame that got sent back to Leager in 02 and redone and powder coated blue. It's kinda cool because the vin plate actually says it was built in 08/98 and stamped just under that it has R01/02. Ryan said that when the frame got back from leager in early 02 that every thing on it was brand new when it was installed including new bottom end and +4 T-pin. You have to understand that Jimmys dad Wendall had lots of money and no corners were cut. Somewhere I have pics of the bike when he was in 250A. I might redo it to those specs or maybe put it back to Nacs just have to wait and see sorta depends on finding the right plastic.

He wrecked doing freestyle and hurt his back. Never really recovered after that. He was doing some stadium shows.
