Most mail order catalougs have them. If you need one, get a universal inverted front numberplate for a dirtbike. They arent specific made for a quad, but a few zip ties and teh fit right up and look fine.

thanks for your help That's what we did, it's much easier if you put it there instead of the grab bar cuz then it's out of the way & doesn't get tore off as easy. Also check out www.stickemup.com they have # plates & #'s for a good price & lots of cool stickers too!!!:D

Here's a pic. It's not the best, but you should get an idea. I used to just zip tie mine to the grab bar, but it would tend to break after a while. So, I took off the taillight, then mounted the plate to the rubber grommets with small bolts. It has worked great.

I can take a better pic if you need, but this should give you the idea.

if you just zip tie the top to the grab bar it flips all aroundand you can't see it so you all most have to had mount it to be able to see it when you racing (just like razrback did)

is it bolted through the side part of the tail light rubber piece or is it bolted through the part where it sits in the steel holder on the grab bar??

but i get the general idea... thanks!!!!

Mine is what you first said, through the end of the rubber piece, just like the light would be mounted. I've seen another case before where a guy replace the rubber with little strips of steel. I honestly figured mine would have slipped, ripped or just popped out, but i've been racing like this since last summer, and haven't had a problem at all. Easy and cheap :)

do you need 4 number plates or just 3?

the front and rear fenders, or do you need the hanging one to?

Yeah i was wondering the same question. Also i got numbers, but i dont have them on a black back round or nothing, there just red numbers on my yellow plastic, do you think this will be ok for AMA?
