im sure laeger, lonestar, burgard all make +3 for 16 3/4 inch shocks.

Ricky Stator - they are chromoly and I believe they make them for longtravel shocks, too....check out www.rickystator.com

Their prices are very reasonable and Ricky is very nice........

Those are what I am running right now and I love them - fully adjustable castor/camber......
