I recently got a drr 50 lq and it wont move in the woods... It has a stage 6 sport clutch, 2011 cylinder, 3.0 rollers, 780 belt, 20mm carb, snyder pipe, kombat 1000 orange spring.

It does fine around the house in the grass but any slight incline in the woods the quad wont move.

Does it rip up the grass or does it just run good in the yard? What is your stall set at? What jets and needle clip height do you have in the carb? do you have carbon build up in head pipe? so things to start with and i am sure others will pipeup too. I have had bad gas this year give me troubles too.

I use a kombat 2000 with 3.25 rollers

I would replace a the torque spring first with a 1000 spring. That should get you going and then if you want to tune the cvt start at that point.

i would think 19-32 would be alittle tall for a 50 with 18in tires.I would also try a 35 rear sprocket after you get the torque spring issue resolved.

What size roller weights are you using? always had good luck with 3.25 or a mix close to that. And 1000 rpm koso tourqe spring where always god to us

1000 rpm torc spring and 500 rpm clutch springs... Thats what we run on all the minis from the start, tune the carb down or throttle if needed. And try a 35 rear and you should be good. Try G-Forces new tech site it has a very good cvt tuning page.
