gas and oil

what is the best oil for a 400ex? also i run super unleaded is that the best grade for it? (my background is two strokes) cant believe what i have been missing! 400ex rocks!!:rolleyes:

I have been runing the[ honda GN-4] & have been very happy with it!!!as for as gas make sure you run 90+ I run 93 it even tells you in the manual to run 90+ makes the motor run alot better than that 83 $hit.......
