Well i just got done the fair drag race at midnight and i did awesome with my 4 snows! So, thanks John for recommending them and keep pushing me to get them!
Anyways, i got top 8 in my one class but didn't do too well on my last class of the night. I won my practice run too.
It dumped the rain, and i mean dumped several hours before the race and when i got there. They told me we were racing no matter what weather but after a while it cleared up and stopped. It was like a pond in the pits and the track was pretty much mud!
The reason i didn't do well was, they left ruts at the starting line so i did spin as the ruts got deeper and deeper. Plus, i brought my drag front tires which are super small and they got mud filled in no time. I had to stand on one side of my fourwheeler to get it to turn so i could line up at the starting line from the waiting line. I forgot my stock fronts at my friends place before we left :mad:
I tried to start in 2nd but it about bogged down and shut off on me so I been launching in first. Maybe a 13 front tooth sprocket in the future?
But i'm not sure on times until i find my slips, but i beat some banshees, 400ex's and i JUST about beat a drag built can am 450. I was shifting from 3rd to 4th and my thumb slipped off the throttle about 20 feet before the finish making me lose. I was pissed.
