Dont have a 11:1 piston, but there is a old saying fork out a little extra cash now for some gaskets, like copper, and save some cash in the long run. Are you changing out your cam why you have the engine broke open? So you might want to get some beefer springs. Your going to get several replies saying this and that, but like I first said spend a couple extra dollars now or take the chance something breaks or blows.

You feel lucky....Well do you?:D

I dont have a 426 kit. Not yet at least I've been saving my money that my wife gives me so it should only be about 4 or 5 years.

I'll probably change out to a higher compression piston, 11:1, and drop a cam in it before I decide to bore it. By the way if you are going to crack your engine open check around where you live and see about having it ported and polished. You should see some good gains doing that without having to send your engine for a couple months waiting for someone to build it for you or boring it out.
Just drop a little extra cash by putting in copper seals and heavier springs. I even heard there are teflon coated rings that make a big difference.
