easy question

i had to get new back rims, because the lug nuts came loose and hollowed out the lugnut holes.. so i got new rims and tires.. question is.. the new rims have a little play in them. is that normal? if so how do i center them when i bolt them on?

i can see through the rim through those 4 curved parts,
is that ok?

You'll be fine, that's how they are supposed to look. The stock wheels are DWT wheels and match the hub better, no worries with the ITPs you're putting back on.
