strange problem

So I just did a rebuild. I was out riding yesterday for like an hour and a half when I pulled in the clutch and my quad shut off. So I then dropped the clutch to try and drift start it but it just slid to a stop. I then tried the e start and it seemed like it was froze up. It wouldn't turn it over, but I waited about a minute and it started just fine. I started going for another minute and it did it again. I then waited about 5 minutes, started it and it worked fine for about 45 mine till I could get home. Any ideas on this?mods are in sig and jetting is 42 pilot 165 main, 1200ft

when you first pulled in the clutch did it bog and die or was it a quick abrupt killing of the motor ?

Quick, I couldn't hear anything that sounds bad though like metal to metal
