Spark problem

I need help my quad won't spark we have checked all the grounds I put a brand new cdi brand new stator new coil I just need help any ideas please

It is an 09 sx 450

did you adjust the idle up the last time it was running? they supposedly have a thing built in them that when the idle is turned up it takes away spark when starting it
