Axle won't fit

My 250r Lonestar axle from 2004 won't fit into my new Lonestar carrier! Wth is going on. Called Lonestar and checked the numbers and they all match up!?! Any ideas?

what does the finish look like on axle shiney and nice or dull colored?

i got a brand new one couple weeks ago and the coating was not finish polished would not let carrier slide on.

had to send back and they sent me a new one/polished mine

turned out that the spacer was just cocked in there a little sideways. I got it to fit though
