Head Knock??

I just had my motor reworked because my previous sleeve blew into chicklets...I had the sleeve changed and now run a Ross 88.5mm, 11:1 piston. I am running race gas but I have a deep sounding knock mid cylinder? Anyone have any ideas on what could be the cause of my new found knock? Timing is on?

valves adjusted?

rod or crank? did you check these before rebuilding?

Valves have been adjusted and checked....I paid a mech to do all the head work...I would assume that the mech verified the crank and such before he reassembled the quad because that was what I asked and paid thru the nose for!
