Oil Oil Oil

I know this has been asked a million times, but here goes nothing.

What type of oil do you guys recomend for the 400ex. It has a pipe, K&N filter and jet kit. I currently us the hp4 without molly from honda. Is there better or should i use somthing different? Not looking for more power but protection.

I use Amsoil 4-stroke synthetic. It works great, but you'll have tons of opinions on that. Just go with any ATV or motorcycly specific oil you can afford, or just do what my friends do, buy the one with the coolest looking label lol. :)

I use castrol semi-synthetic motorcycle oil. just cause the containers have a large opening & I can dump my used oil back into them for disposal. :)
