I dont think you can on the 04 05 motors..but try the search button and see what you can come up with.

someone correct me if im wrong but I believe it puts out more top end powercompared to an hrc cam but not a huge power increase compared to it. its more accurate to say it moves to powerband to the top rather than gaining power all over. I think it would depend where you like your power at.

I was under the impression the CRF cam was a low end cam and the HRC is more top. lol

02 crf is a low more mid cam for the 04-05 bikes. The 04-05 hrc is more top end geared. I loved the 02 crf on my 04-05 mx bike.

Did you ever ride an 04/05 with the HRC cam Balaz?

I've never got a chance to ride the CRF cam, but I do really like the HRC. Wondering how much bottom end is to be had compared to the top end that is lost by going from one to the other? Just curious.. :macho

Perhaps it is. I havent rode on either in so long i guess i go them mixed up. thank you for correcting me. but as i remember neither of them had noticably more power when compared to each other, just power in different areas.

Sums it up best. I have ran the 2004 CRF cam (Same as the 06 and up HRC cam.) in both my 450R's for years. Before the CRF cam, I had the early HRC cam, never was that impressed with it. Bottom to mid was much stronger with the CRF, plus the engine also revved faster. The CRF cam just suits my riding style better.

As others have said, if you are looking for a huge increase in overall power, you are not going to find it going to a CRF cam.

have you ever ran the 02 crf cam? it's not the same as the other crf cams.

the 02 crf cam is the best all around cam to drop in these 450r's imo. I prefer it over the original hrc's.

Well this is will be on a quad I have to just xc recreation ride with so it seems from ready that the crf came is definitely the way to go over the trx hrc cam

Yea Chronic, Ive rode them one right after another. My buddy had the 04-05 hrc on his 04-05 and I was running the 02 crf on my 04-05. We both had very similar builds and you could feel where the power came on. Much lower with the crf. I really did not like the hrc. Felt almost 2 stroke like to me. I think you'd like it. Pefrect for 2nd and 3rd gear luggin out of corners for mx. Its the same cam as the sparks one too

I have a 05 450r I ran the crf 02 cam for awhile ended up running across a hrc cam for cheap and thought why not but honestly it's up to your riding style the crf did have notably more bottom end punch but I love the hrc cam it's the one that's gonna stay in but i would say xc crf cam mx hrc cam but that's just my 2 scents
