Help! Fmf exhaust rattle!

On my 400 ex I have a fmf powercore four full exhaust. Well were the header pipes meet the pipe the goes into the muffler it makes a terrible loud and very obnoxious rattling sound at high rpm. I have tried everything I could think of to stop it including spacers in the brackets and tightening the clamp but nothing works. Just wanted to see if any one else had this problem or a fix for it. Thanks!

Any responses? Has someone found a clamp that will crimp the aftermarket pipe? Has anyone tried brazing the connections? I tried high temp RTV but no luck and the clearance is so tight.

Not sure if it will work but you could try cutting slits in the outer pipe so that when you put a clamp on that area, it should clamp the 2 together tight. Only slit half the depth that the outer pipe goes over the inner. I also have some exhaust tape that I've used before. It's in my toolbox if you want the name.
