drr single arm hub switch

Hi I'm new to the drr world and hope to learn alot from you guys. I just got my daughter a drr 50 with the single front a arms and i would like to change the front hubs so i can maybe fit a stock Suzuki front wheel on it to get taller thinner tire on it. Can this be done? Or am i stuck with the big ballon tires.

I also have a single arm DRR. Just buy different wheels. I have a set of douglas on ours with "normal" tires.

They are 10" 3"+2". Works well for us.
