WER steering stabilizer. Mounting plate is for a TRX450R but I'm sure you could get it to fit just about anything with a little thought and enginuity...
Comes with misc rebuild parts. Does need to be filled with 5W fork oil (recommended from WER) that can be purchased from any dealer or motorcycle parts store.
