got a newly rebuilt 87 motor with esr 310 cylinder kit, has esr electrical system, and a new 38 mm carb, esr shipped with 185 main and 48 pilot, ran like crap, switched to a 182 main and 52 pilot runs better but still spitting and sputting before power band kicks in, should i go to a bigger pilot? or change needles out. i think the main is right on.
