What all do i need to adjust my valves?

what do i need cause my valves in my 300ex are ticking and its been a year so i know i need them adjusted?

On 400's you need a feeler guage, a 10mm wrench and a flat blade screw driver, and all the other tools to get the head and plastic off. I'm pretty sure that the 300 is the same, but i'm not posative.
