What do you guys think, should I just make all solid motor mounts and gusset the frame or take the time to make rubber mounts? I don't know if it'll even help.

Thanks you. Should I just plan on the motor cracking the frame every once in awhile?

The lt frames were bad about cracking with the factory motor. I have gone as far as completely replacing framerails, and still have issues with the remaining Suzuki tubing just running an RM 250. Yeah, its going to develop cracks.
