Milky Oil in tranny and no coolan in radiator how?

I've had a small oil leak by the shifter in the case I believe its fixed now, I checked oil level before running it today and noticed milky colored oil, and my coolant in radiator was almost gone, what gave in to get coolant in there or is that even possible to happen?

Water pump mechanical seal is leaking its what seperates your coolant from gear oil. Or also can have a leaking head gasket with a blown crank seal.
