Raptor 250 breaking up...

My sons rator 250 (stealth big bore kit) breaks up at higher RPMs in 3rd and 4th gear. Replaced the CDI and checked all grounds. Here's the weird part...doesn't do it if I ride it or another adult...any thoughts????

What does the plug look like? High RPM's your running off the main.
