I have a 06 pred. I put on a 110 kit, pipe and ignition kit. It runs great but seems to run out of fuel and dies. I have re jetted it Stock carb. Has after market filter.
I changed the fuel lines and fuel filter. gone through the carb. I don't see any rust in the tank. Is there a larger needle seat for them?

Well no answers so I will be opening up the seat and will see if I can get more flow with out leakage.

i would get rid of the stock carb and get like a 28 or 30mm carb from one of the mini quad shops and talk to them and they will line you out in no time like,
Gary @ http://www.g-forcepowersports.com/
Mark @ http://www.miniquadsracing.com/
Justin @ http://www.maximumrpm.com/
Rich @ http://store.hetrickracing.com/
any one of these guys could line you out

I was looking at the larger carb. I don't know what the float is to be set at but it is adjusted to the point it will hold the most fuel possible. It will run fine and at a random moment it shuts off. It seems to be fuel as it takes a moment for it to want to fire again.

Do u have the gas cap with the vent in it or is it the solid one? If it has a vent make sure it's not plugged if no vent make sure u ate not over tightening it, it could vapor locking

if it's the stock sunworld carb i believe it's only 18 or 19mm.not much you can do with them.we put a 24mm on our 06 preddy and it runs great.no internal work but it has a hetrick pipe cut to fit for the reverse lever, koso intake, unifilter, clutch work,no-rev cdi,and gears.DEFINITELY get a carb for it.i might even have a spare 28mm or two if you want to buy one.i'll look and see what we have and let you know.one more thing.don't run it out of fuel and go lean.you wouldn't want to ruin all the work you did !!!!!!!!

my paypal is HJPP21@aol.com.if you don't have paypal let me know and we'll figure it out.the koso intake works good as we have one on our built malossi 90 and also on our predator.we used carbon fiber reeds on both with no problems.also if you want pics of the carb pm me a cell #.thanks, chris
