Hey guys! Thought I might as well make a build thread while I'm building my 1991 LT80. Just pre-warning you, this is going to be a slow build, but I will keep it up to date.

As for the suspension, I'm not sure as to what I want to do. I think I am just going to run the stock A-arms and not extend the swinger, and just run beefier shocks. Thinking about modifying the frame to run 250EX/300EX front shocks and I am not sure about the rear yet. Who knows?
I picked this up last week for 100 bucks and all it needed was a battery and a starter. I am building this as a 'pit bike' for myself. I am 18, 5' 11, 235lbs and I plan on riding the piss out of this lil guy. hahaha My main bike is a XC-built RM250.
