Hey guys just a couple questions. Might have something in the works but dunno yet. You guys with CRF hybrids, How reliable are they? My stock CRF takes a beating and keeps on ticking. Its bone stock so i figure that might have something to do with it. Only thing ive had to do to it in 6 years is put a timing chain in it. Heck the valves aint ever moved after the break in adjustment. So what im asking is do you guys get the same reliability out of these motors in quad frames. My last trx450 was a work on all week to ride the weekend deal and i just got tired of that. But it was also high HP build and thats not what i would be going for again. Im going for something stock. And also how does the stock CRF motor in a quad perform against a mildly built 450R. For example a drop in cam and maybe a piston.

my crf hybrid is great. i have a hotrods crank, stage 2 hotcam and a wiseco 13.5 piston and i do very well against built trx's. its been very reliable too. best quad ive owned.
