I am doing a few things to my 400ex and with the mods in my sig im at a 165 main and 38 pilot.

I put in the 42 already because I'm sure I'll need it but I'm adding a 86mm 11:1 wiseco piston and Stage 2 hot cam. Where should I start with jetting?

EDIT: elevation is 1250 ft

Sounds like your about there. We have very similar bikes. I run a 170 and its dead on. I need to change my pilot, i backfire on decel. I run no lid, k&n and sparks X6. The 170 is a dynojet. Not the best out there but they work well for me. Use a 170 or another brand equivalent and you should pull hard to redline no lag or bog.

Sounds good. I felt a tiny bit rich how I am now. Nothing noticable though.

Where at in PA you at?>
