06+ TRX450 470cc Kit. Cylinder / Piston / Gaskets

Pulled this off to go bigger. Stock cylinder bored to 98mm, bored and re-nikasil'd by PowersealUSA. Venom 98mm pump gas piston (12.25:1). Cylinder in great condition, cross hatch still really good, piston has some wear on skirts as expected. Roughly 40-50 hours on both. Will include full gasket kit, only need new rings (CP # CPN2-3858) to bolt on and go. This set-up made just shy of 58hp on my bike. Asking $200 shipped as a gift or cover PP fee's please.

What else did you run on your engine with this kit? cam/stroker/porting?

Stock stroke, I ran a HC3 / 42.5mm FCR / ported head +1 Ex. And made 55hp but that was a with a 3 run tune, got the MJ in and had to call it a day.
With a 242/812 /43.5mm FCR/+1 all round it made 57.9, there was actually more in it but we needed a different needle, which we didn't have.

I'm really not trying to claim close to 60hp just on the 470cc stuff.. as with all things you need the supporting components to get every last HP out of it. But the 470 will yield more gains over stock for every mod you do..It's a good platform to build on, and it's cheap/reliable... I just paid nearly $900 for a bigger jug alone.
