I bought a decent Paul Turner Eliminator pipe recently. The pipe is rusted at the joint, so any tips to help me break it loose? Heat it up?

Thanks, Blake

I delt with a ct pipe that was stuck together I though it was going to be a lot easier to separate.

This is what I did, I took an acytaline torch and heated up the pipe so that it was red hot and then I shook the crap out of it while it was in the vice. It took like 20 minutes of this to get it out but it worked.

Try soaking it with pb blaster and tapping all the way around the joint with a rubber mallet to help brake the rust loose. A rubber strap wrench works good to try and twist the pipe without damaging it.
