please help with posting pics

I have figured it out before, but for the life of me I cannot get pics to post. Can someone please give a simple step by step on how to do this. Im sorry as im sure this has been covered before but any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I have them saved in my pictures on my desk top. Click on attach file, then click on browse.. Click on photo then click on upload then click submit reply. They can't be very big on this site. I have to edit mine and resize them to web small before they will load on here. The one below is 440 x 336.
