howdy guys, having trouble installing a new ge force malossi variator kit, ive attached some pics, to show u the trouble im having, the new variator kit has a longer sheve (unsure the real name) but it doesnt leave me enough room to get the rest the variator and nut on, also the new variator has no spline cut outs compared to the new wont it just slip, also theres couple little spacers plastic one and a metal one where do these go, kind regards phill.

They don't make a overrange kit to fit the 90cc motor. You have to modify the 70 kit which is what you have.Max rpm can do the mods for you to make it work.

I would call Gforce, they should be able to explain how to install it.

Nasty your wrong they do make the very kit he has one for a 90 I have one.
You have the older cases you will have to cut down the part that the fixed plate is rubbing on. make sure it lines up when you put it together the pullies are in line and not off set from each other. Some of the older 90 cases ans 50/70 cases had a bigger lip around the seal.

Don't worry about the back plate not being splined.
