Scrap steel question

I have a bucket full of old rat tail files and rasps that are old worn out and rusty.
Are they worth anything other then just plane scrap steel?

Worth something to the right person. Alot of knife makers will make knives out of them.

Otherwise nope, just worth the weight in scrap steel.
