I did this a while back and never got a chance to post a how to. I bought another 07 and it came with a bad headlight cover so I decided to switch it out with my spare. Once you have the head light apart you can paint the bezel whatever color you would like. I chose red because my quad is red.
Tools required:
flat head and phillips head screw driver
sheetrock knife
sand paper
Step 1. Preheat your over to 250 degrees and line a good sized cookie sheet with aluminum foil.

Step 2. Put your headlight on the cookie sheet and into the oven. You will bake the headlight for 5 MINUTES. Do not go any longer or higher with the temp because you may melt your headlight.
Step 3. Pull the plastic tabs back with a flat head screw driver and pull the headlight apart. Having a partner and a sheetrock knife helps a lot.

Step 4. Remove the 5 screws

Step 5. Paint your bezel and allow enough time to dry. I let it dry overnight

Step 6. Preheat your over to 250 degrees and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 7. Line the headlights pieces up and press together and you're done.

Yea I did this on my car when I installed my angel eyes, that's where I got the idea. It's very easy to do.
