no spark 400 arctic cat

I have a 2003 4x4 400 cat,I do not have any fire to plug.I have changed the kill swich, coil ,stator, plug wire, plug boot and the cdi box.When I run volt test ,I get 40 volts to the coil but when I hit the starter .the voltage stays the same.I hope some one has athought on the what it could be.When I changed the stator the magnets looked good [not chip and in place] Thanks

when you replaced the stator, did you buy an OEM one or aftermarket replacement?? if its aftermarket, what brand??

what would be the way to test the stator to find out if is not working?

ive seen this with some brands of stators, the two wires for the pick up coil are wired backwards from the factory. trace them down to where they plug into the wiring harness and if possible, switch the wires around and see what happens. if its two wires into one plug, you might try cutting them and switching them around. have had this problem with some stators ive helped put in.
