Just need a simple yes or no. Will aftermarket 450 a arms bolt up on a 400? If they do it opens up more choices. Thanks.

NO, Where the arms mount to the frame is not the same width from the 400 to 450.

250r ones will fit with a nip of trimming on the bottom arms.
