i may have a problem

So i drained my oil today and yes i got it all out. When refilling i got to about a wuart and a half and it started pushin out of the dipstick tube so i cranked the engine and it sucked it in after that i started it and checked oil level and it was on full is there a reasonit might of started pushing out after wuart and half?

The motor holds some, and the oil tank holds some, I always fill the tank, turn it over for like 30 sec then fill the tank again and run it, check it and add till it reads full

You may have put the oil in too fast and it burped to let some air out.
