hey there Guys....i have a few ?'s about the CRF 450 PRojects? ok.....well....for a crf 450 I have found a LoneStar.....frame...but there is.....a Honda 250r geometry or a 400ex geometry Frame? which 1 is Better?? For More like GNCC racing??
Ok lets say i got tha or a frame...then what.....where would i get the A-arms, swing arm,? Parts to Fit that frame??.......?? help any1?....For Future plans:D
then also...need a axle....i would liek to get the new ITP Baja Wheels....wit XCR's on them...more gncc racer? wat work good? Thanks:)

i like the 250r frame. and for parts make a call to the person who made the frame like lonestar. they can help you out

im not sure which company makes it but i think someone makes a frame to put the crf450 in

Most of the companys that make frames for a CRF450 they also offer a arms and swign arms for them. If it si 400Ex geometry then you juse need 400Ex a arms or same thing with 250R geometry...

so this meanin if i get like the 250r geometry frame.....i could get...liek the kind i wanted...for aarms stuff like that.... same as frame i could also...right......

also which is Best for GNCC racing???

why not save lots of money and buy thr quadshops crf450 all set up for xc.;)

THE 400 GEOMETRY IS BETTER. ALSO YOU COULD SAVE SOME MONEY ON THE INITIAL SETUP BY USING STOCK A-ARMS ETC AS THEY ARE DIRT CHEAP FROM HONDA. IF YOU ARE USING AFTERMARKET (LONESTAR ETC.. ) THAT STUFF IS THE SAME PRICE AS 250 STUFF. ITS WELL KNOWN THAT THE 400 HANDLES A TON BETTER. ITS JUST WAY UNDERPOWERED BUT YOU ARE SOLVING THAT PROBLEM.I THINK IT WOULD HANDLE BETTER AND STILL BE CHEAPER TO GO 400 BECAUSE THE STOCK PARTS YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY WILL BE CHEAPER.

I thought the only difference between stock 250r frame and a stock 400ex frame is the 250r has square tubing and the 400 has round.
