intake boot is a stock 2005 trx 450r. that was the easy part.

did you have to do anything to the rear upper shock mount or did the intake go right over it?

I gotta know and ask.....Why?
Why the TRX motor in a Suzuki chassis? Lighter, handle better than a 450r chassis?
And why not put a Suzuki RM450Z bike engine in it?
Not hating - I love the creativity and craftsmanship.

It was all ramdom lol. from spare parts
I put about 10 hours on the quad and it never had a problem 2nd owner is super happy.
its really not that hard to do and its 1000x cheaper then walsh.
the first thing I notice was the steering was better
it was soo easy to work on the bike. I cant stand the stock ltrs
I just got my self a ltr roller chassis with walsh fox and all the goods.
I may do another trx race motor
or a ds 450 with a crf450 don't know what year to get. I like carbs a lot more.
