I wanna make a woods a track in my woods to practice for next years awrcs series, I have access to a loader and backhoe and chainsaw etc, but what does it really consist of lol? how should i build it? obviously a few creek jumps but thats all i got as of now

make it as rough a possible. logs to hop over ect.

Logs, off-camber, creek crossings, hills, tree roots, ect. There is never too rough of a course that you can make for practice. I would make the practice track as difficult as you can and make it tight and technical. It will pay off in the end.

If you wanna get really good with turns make a few corners with berms going on the wrong angle. Make a lot of Z shaped things with trees or more like a ~ sort of thing where you gotta fling one way then the other. Make a couple really rough spots but also pop in a couple really smooth spots where you can get some speed. Rough is good, but alternating is even better.
